FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: device has following components placed in common body filed with gas: converter of radiation flow to flow of charged products of nuclear reaction and multi-wire position-sensitive avalanche counter placed behind it, between converter and counter a collimator is inserted, as well as at least one additional avalanche counter, output signals form counters are sent to inputs of two-input differential amplifiers, where these are subtracted, and resulting signals appropriate to reaction products are sent to processing and visualization system for position and cross-section of beam.
