SUBSTANCE: method includes letting beam of charged particles through thickness of absorbent increased step by step. As absorbent electro-conductive liquid is used, placed in chamber made of dielectric material. Absorbent in chamber is separated onto two volumes by dielectric wall, which is moveable, and due to its mobility thickness of absorbent is increased step by step. Said volumes of conductive liquid are provided by measuring circuits. In both circuits dependent on coordinate of wall currents are registered, being result of charged particles remaining in absorbent.
EFFECT: higher efficiency, simplified method, wider range of effective operation.
