FIELD: engineering of plants for determining beam parameters.
SUBSTANCE: method includes letting beam of charged particles through consecutively increased thickness of absorber. As absorber electro-conductive liquid is used placed in chamber of dielectric material. Absorber in chamber is separated on two volumes by dielectric wall, which is moveable. Wall consists of two parallel dielectric plates and conductive layer between them. Said volumes and conductive layer of wall are provided with measuring circuits. In all three of circuits currents are measured, being result of stopped charged particles.
EFFECT: higher efficiency, simplified method, broader list of measured materials.
