SUBSTANCE: invention relates to new derivatives of diphenylurea of the formula (I) or their pharmaceutically acceptable salts that can be used in treatment of raf kinase-mediated tumors. In the general formula of the present invention: (I) A means compound of the formula: ; R³ means hydrogen atom (H), halogen atom, -NO₂, (C₁-C₁₀)-alkyl substituted with halogen atom by choosing up to complete substitution, (C₁-C₁₀)-alkoxy-group substituted with halogen atom by choosing up to complete substitution; each among R⁴, R⁵ and R⁶ means independently hydrogen atom (H), halogen atom, -NO₂, (C₁-C₁₀)-alkyl substituted with halogen atom by choosing up to complete substitution, (C₁-C₁₀)-alkoxy-group substituted with halogen by choosing up to complete substitution; or one radical among R⁴, R⁵ and R⁶ means -X-Y by choosing; or two adjacent radicals R⁴, R⁵ and R⁶ can be combined with the basic phenyl ring to form naphthyl or indole group substituted with pyridinyl group; X means -CH₂-, -S-, -N(CH₃)-, -NH-C(O)-, -CH₂-S-, -S-CH₂, -C(O)- or -O-.
