FIELD: food-processing industry, in particular, forming and quick cooling of food products, preferably, confectioneries.
SUBSTANCE: method involves placing hardenable food product into number of forms attached to roll to be cooled, with food product being partly hardened in forms; rotating roll for bringing number of forms filled with food product into contact with conveyor belt to prevent outer surface of food products from deformation during displacement of forms from horizontal plane; separating partly hardened food product from form and discharging onto conveyor belt.
EFFECT: improved quality of forming of confectionery products.
