FIELD: dimensional electrochemical working of metals, possibly forming complex-shape objects such as micro-tools for neurosurgery.
SUBSTANCE: method of electrochemical micro-forming of micro-objects by means of anode dissolving of blank with use of tool-electrode comprises steps of selecting gap value less by one or two orders than the most minimum dimension of geometry member of micro-object; performing micro-forming in film of low concentration passivating electrolytes while supplying power by doses in order to keep phase state of electrolyte. Power supply by doses is realized with use of pulse voltage with steep lead and back fronts consisting of no more than 1% of pulse duration. Invention provides possibility for micro-forming at super-small inter-electrode gaps at working accuracy 0.005 - 0.01 mm and at surface roughness Ra 0.1 micrometers of micro-members having dimensions less than 0.5 mm.
EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of working.
