SUBSTANCE: vodka comprises the following components per 1000 dal of the ready product: complex nutritive supplement "Vodelpan", 2.0-4.0 kg; fermented caramel syrup, 4.0-6.0 kg; vitamin premix "GS Vit-2", 0.08-0.5 kg; vanillin dissolved in ethyl alcohol in the ratio 1:100, 0.05-0.5 l; sugar syrup of the concentration 65.8%, 18.0-19.0 l; rectified ethyl alcohol "Ekstra" and purified drinking water, the balance, to provide strength 40%. Proposed vodka allows increasing the content of biologically active substances and vitamins by 2% and to reduce its toxicity by 30%, to enhance its organoleptic indices, to occur its enhanced softness in taste, barely detected cognac aroma on background of vodka aroma, and barely detected cacao after taste. The content of biologically active substances is elevated due to using the complex nutritive supplement "Vodeplan" comprising complex of natural carbohydrates, active substances and vitamins. Using this supplement results to reducing vodka toxicity due to the presence of vitamins and vodka possesses antihypotoxic and antioxidant properties also. Taste score of vodka - 9.69.
