FIELD: valving.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises the circuit for control of the actuator for opening and closing the valve, control unit, and means for control of control circuit and control unit. The control circuit is designed to respond to the EN2 voltage signal which is generated by the control unit. The means for control is additionally provided with the control circuit that comprises means for permitting or inhibiting and capable to respond to the EN1 signal, generated by the control unit when the amplitude of the EN1 signal ranges between the first low value and first high value of a band specified in advance, and frequency falls on the range between the second low value and second high value of the frequency band specified in advance.

EFFECT: enhanced reliability of control simplified manufacturing.
