FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry.
SUBSTANCE: vodka comprises the following components per 1000 dal of the ready product: sorbitol, 1.5-4.5 kg; lactose, 0.5-1.5 kg; wheat yeast-free small loafs an aqueous-alcoholic infusion of the first blend prepared from 0.3-0.5 kg of small loafs, rectified ethyl alcohol "Ekstra" and purified drinking water, the balance, to provide the strength 40%. Proposed vodka provides enhancing dietetic properties of the ready product, reduced cost and expanded assortment of vodkas by conferring to vodka barely detecting aroma and after taste of hazel nut.
EFFECT: improved and valuable properties of vodka.
