SUBSTANCE: vodka comprises the following components in the content per 1000 dal: complex nutrient supplement "Alfaluks" 4.0-6.0 kg; nutrient supplement "GS", 0.5-0.7 l; 65.8% sugar syrup, 11.0-12.0 l; rectified ethyl alcohol "Luks" and purified drinking water, the balance, to provide the strength value 40%. Proposed invention provides enhancing organoleptic indices of ready product: testing score is 9.5, reducing the cost of product by 12% and expanding assortment of vodka by preparing vodka with mild taste and barely detected greens tint in after tasting and barely detected freshness aroma on background of vodka aroma.
EFFECT: improved and valuable properties of vodka.
