SUBSTANCE: claimed product represents foodstuff or beverage and contains enriching amount of inorganic compound derived from source of two- or trivalent iron, ammonium and phosphate in ratio of 1:(0.8-1.75):(3.5-5), respectively. Method for production of said product includes addition of abovementioned compound to foodstuff in form of aqueous suspension or dry powder.
EFFECT: foodstuff without foreign tastes, having high iron biological accessibility.
