SUBSTANCE: invention relates to non-viral vector containing condensed polypeptide/nucleic acid complex and cationic lipid. Complex represents required nucleotide sequence and one or more nucleic acid packing viral polypeptides or derivatives thereof. Polypeptide/nucleic acid complex, method for production of non-viral vector and method for embedding of target nucleic acid into eucaryotic cell also are disclosed.
EFFECT: new non-viral vector useful in gene engineering investigations.
