FIELD: forming corrosion-resistance coats on inner surfaces of power equipment made from pearlite steels.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes forming of passive oxide coat by aqueous solution of chemical reagents containing nitric acid ions and aluminum ions followed by treatment in nitrite aqueous solution; coat is formed by aqueous solution containing nitric acid in the amount of 25-50 mg/kg and aluminum nitrate in the amount of 10-50 mg/kg at temperature of 80-100°C; procedure continues for 3-5 h; solutions are prepared in desalted water.
EFFECT: reduction of concentration of chemical reagents at enhanced protective properties of coats with no increase of temperature in treatment.
