SUBSTANCE: one should detect the degree of prostatic tumor differentiation by Glisson, pathological stage of prostatic tumor, the availability of positive surgical edge, tumor growth in seminal vesicles and lesion of regional lymph nodes, calculate the value for the risk of local relapse by a certain formula, and at P>1.30 one should predict the risk of local relapse. The present innovation favors complex evaluation of morphological risk factors in digital equivalent due to taking into consideration individual clinical value of every risk factor, that enables to predict the risk of local relapse of prostatic tumor at higher degree of significance and carry out adequate therapy in due time, as well.
