FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine, namely, oncologic urology and can be used for forecasting five years' relapse-free survival rate sick of cancer of prostate after performance of opened retzius radical prostatectomy. The degree of differentiation of neoplasm is determined preoperative by results of multifocal biopsy of prostate, and the following indicators are determined after radical prostatectomy: pathomorphologic stage of cancer of prostate, degree of neoplasm malignity on the Gleason scale, presence of positive surgical edge, germination by prostate tumour in seed blisters and metastasises in ileal lymph nodes, and then indicator five years relapse-free survival rate is calculated under the formula: D=-0.72xB+0.08xT+0.08xG+8.0xS+0.47xV+0.47xL, where: D - indicator of five years relapse-free survival rate after radical prostatectomy; B - degree of differentiation of neoplasm by results of multifocal biopsy of prostate: 1-low-grade; 2-average differentiation; 3-high differentiation of tumour; T - pathomorphologic stage of cancer of a prostate: 1-rT2a, 2-rT2b, 3-rT3a, 4-rT3b; G - degree of neoplasm malignity on the Gleason scale by results of morphological research: 2-10; S - positive surgical edge at histopathomorphologic research: 0-is absent; 1-is available; V-attach by a prostate tumour in seed blisters by results of histopathomorphologic researches: does not attaches; 1-attaches; L - metastasises in regional lymph glands: 0-are absent; 1-are available, and at value D≤0.25 prognosticate five years relapse-free survival rate, and at value D<0.25 expected relapse-free survival rate - less than five years.

EFFECT: method allows to spend complex estimation of leading morphological factors, that allows to achieve high (91,7%) probability of forecast five years relapse-free survival rate of patients after radical prostatectomy.
