FIELD: tire industry; methods of manufacture of the pneumatic tires.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of tire industry and may be used at manufacture of the pneumatic tires by winding. The method of manufacture of the pneumatic tires provides for formation on the rotating mandrel of the pneumatic tire skeleton, formation of the bead rings by winding of the rubber-coated strand and realization of overlaying of the other components of the pneumatic tire. In the beginning on the mandrel they wind by the method of a spiral winding at least one layer of the pneumatic tire rubber details should be located under the skeleton, using the rubber tape of the width of B = 5-50 mm. Then form the skeleton by placing on the rotating mandrel of the continuous flat bundle of the strands of a textile cord with the width of L = 1.5-20 mm or the cut-outs the flat bundle with their laying at an angle α to the line of meridian of 0-5° with the tension force of 0,1-20 h/strand with simultaneous stitching at the temperature corresponding the range of the maximum in dependence of the specific adhesion from the temperature. The step of the layout of the flat bundle of strands in the area of the tire bead at the single-threaded run layout is selected not exceeding L and at the double-threaded run layout is selected of no more than 2L. In the extreme points of the skeleton profile alternatively near one and other beads of the tire they change direction of the winding for the opposite and in the area of the edges subject to overbending with formation of the loops. Then exercise the winding of the bead rings by the rubber-coated strand of the metal cord with the depth of the rubber interlayer between the coils of(0.05-0.3)D, where D is the diameter of the metal cord. The method ensures formation of the pneumatic tire of the secure design allowing to realize movement on the various roads.

EFFECT: the invention ensures formation of the pneumatic tires of the secure design providing the safe movement on the various roads.
