SUBSTANCE: method comprises decreasing the strength of one of the blades by drilling an opening along the section of detachment. Before testing, the opening receives detonating elongated cumulative charges and electric detonator. When the rotor reaches a given speed of rotation, a signal is fed to actuate the electric detonator.
