SUBSTANCE: device provides for transformation of input digital differential signal to output signal of code bit receipt and forming of output synchronization signals of pause with duration, divisible by integer number output duration TIC, beginning of duration pause TIC, and bit synchronization of TIC duration by means of continuous input series of clock pulses IC with period TIC. Receiver contains transformer-receiver, binary counter, three AND elements, two NOT elements, element AND-NOT, four triggers, code input for pause detection, clock input, inputs of first and second components of digital differential signal and four outputs.

EFFECT: complex expansion of functional capabilities of device.
