SUBSTANCE: fission device for creating neutrons contains fission target 63, which creates neutrons during interaction with hollow beam 88 of particles, expanding inside the chamber 86, another chamber 84, containing the aforementioned target, and hermetic wall 92, separating aforementioned chambers.

EFFECT: minimization of thermo-mechanical limitations on main components of fission device for creating neutrons, mainly for hermetic wall, separating fission target from vacuum chamber.
