FIELD: medicine, neurology.
SUBSTANCE: during stimulating sympathetic innervation due to carrying out respiratory sample it is necessary to compare configuration of flowgrams obtained due to laser Doppler flowmetry. Moreover, one should compare configurations of flowgrams in desired part and control one innervated out of another segment. If configurations of flowgrams are different against normal being similar one should state that disorders of sympathetic innervation are of suprasegmental character. If configurations of the obtained flowgrams are different one should compare configurations of flowgrams in desired part against control one innervated out of the same segment. If configurations of flowgrams are identical it is possible to conclude that disorders of sympathetic innervation are of segmental character. If configurations of flowgrams are different one should compare configurations of flowgrams in desired part against the control one innervated by the same nerve, if configurations of flowgrams are similar one should consider that there are some disorders of sympathetic innervation at nerve's level. If configurations of flowgrams are different one should conclude that there are some disorders of sympathetic innervation at the level of one nerve's branches. The innovation enables to increase accuracy of topical diagnostics and evaluate disorders of sympathetic innervation not of skin only, but mucous membranes, also.
