FIELD: scientific tool-making industry, possible use in scanning probing microscopes and nano-technological machines for moving.

SUBSTANCE: device contains piezo-electric tube with solid external and internal electrodes, held by one end on the base and provided with holder having gripping spring. In the spring, moveable holder for object being moved is positioned. For compensation of negative effect of friction force, additional piezo-element is introduced into device, positioned inside the moveable holder. At least one end of this piezo-element is rigidly connected with moveable holder.

EFFECT: decreased level of electromagnetic interference and decreased thermal energy releases.
