FIELD: production of canned goods from meat and vegetables.

SUBSTANCE: fresh cabbage is shredded and frozen. Onion, carrot and parsley root are cut and roasted in adipose. Potato is cut and blanched. Garlic is pulped. Wheat flout is roasted. Mutton is cut. Abovementioned components are blended in oxygen-free atmosphere with table salt, black pepper, pimento, and bay leaf. Obtained mixture and bone broth are pre-packed, sealed and sterilized.

EFFECT: canned goods of increased digestion value.
