FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves setting a no needle injector charged with atmospheric air through an incision in chest wall corresponding to lung area of interest. An action is applied. When modeling lung contusion and rupture, the injector is set into chest wall incision in position before parietal pleura and lung contusion is produced by acting in intracutaneous introduction mode from 1.0 cm distance. Lung rupture is produced by setting the injector in position of subcutaneous introduction mode acting upon the lung from 0.5 cm large distance. Lung crushing is produced when making nozzle contact with visceral pleura in intramuscular introduction mode.
EFFECT: enabled morphophysiologic studies in dynamic mode.
