FIELD: building industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to building materials, in particular, to clay-phosphate material comprising loam, iron-containing waste from metallurgic manufacture comprising ferrous Fe (II) oxide with residue on sieve № 008, 7-11 wt.-%, ortho-phosphoric acid with density value 1.24-1.25 g/cm3 and, additionally, metallic waste as chips formed in treatment of railway wagon wheel pairs in the following ratio of components, wt.-%: loam, 70-73; iron-containing waste in metallurgic manufacture comprising Fe (II) oxide with residue ion sieve № 008 7-11 wt.-%, 4-8; metallic waste as chips formed in treatment of railway wagon wheel pairs, 5-10, and ortho-phosphoric acid with density value 1.24-1.25 g/cm3, the balance. Invention can be used in manufacturing building blocks. Invention provides the development of new phosphate material of enhanced compression strength and retaining water resistance.
EFFECT: improved and valuable properties of material.
