FIELD: manufacture of building materials.
SUBSTANCE: novel clay-phosphate material comprising loamy soil, iron-containing metallurgical waste with residue on screen no. 008, which contains 7-11 wt % of ferrous oxide and orthophosphoric acid with density 1.24-1.25 g/cc, additionally contains mineral fertilizer production waste with residue on screen no. 008, which contains 95-98% of Na2SiF6, so that material is finally composed of, wt %: loamy soil 70-73, metallurgical waste 4-8, mineral fertilizer production waste 1-3, and orthophosphoric acid - the rest. Invention can be used in case of neutralizing alkaline effluents.
EFFECT: imparted alkali neutralizing properties.
