FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to construction materials and may be used in production of construction blocks in industrial and civil construction. Clay phosphate material, which contains loam, iron-containing waste of metallurgical production with residue on sieve No 008 7-11%, containing Fe oxide (II), orthophosphoric acid with density of 1.24 - 1.25 g/cm3, waste of aluminium production produced during major overhaul of electrolytic cells, with residue on sieve No 008 5 - 7%, containing the following components, wt %: SiO2 - 22.40, Al2O3 - 15.01, Fe2O3 - 2.05, CaO - 2.60, MgO - 1.58, F- - to 15, Na+ - to 15, C - to 67, at further ratio of components, wt %: loam - 50-55, specified iron-containing waste - 6-8, specified waste of aluminium production - 20-22, orthophosphoric acid with density of 1.24-1.25 g/cm3 - the rest.
EFFECT: increased strength of clay phosphate material with preservation of water resistance.
