FIELD: agricultural engineering, in particular, technique used in cultivator type tillage tools.
SUBSTANCE: cultivator hoe has holder with attachment members and two cutting plates welded with their ends at an angle to one another and connected to holder. Hoe is equipped with additional lateral reinforcement members rigidly connected to holders and to side of each cutting plate reverse from cutting edge, for example, by welding process. Each lateral reinforcement member for hoe is positioned on cutting plates at an angle of 15-80 deg to horizontal plane depending on angle of inclination of holder end surface to which reinforcing member is connected.
EFFECT: enhanced reliability in operation of cultivator hoe on common and hard soils.
