FIELD: hydrology of rivers, possible use for estimating water resources.
SUBSTANCE: in accordance to method, lengths and basin areas and dips are measured for river feeders. Flows are distributed across different groups in accordance to presence of growth on territories of basins of river and its feeders. On basis of feeders of each different group, trend rules of multi-factor influence of length and dip of feeders on change of area of their basin are determined. Estimated also is influence of limiting orographical features of relief and landscape on change of area of basin of feeders for each individual feeder, different from trend rules for changing area of feeder basins.
EFFECT: increased precision of measurements.
