SUBSTANCE: method involves additionally mobilizing the vertebral column near the removed hemivertebra. To do it, partial excision of two neighboring arches from spinous processes line is carried out laterally with respect to arch edge. Osteotomy of the arch deviated from normal vertebral column axis is carried out on the removed hemivertebra side along spinous processes line. Contractor is set on intact vertebrae.
EFFECT: high quality of significant vertebral column deformity correction; reduced risk of fracture occurrence; reduced number of fixed vertebral motor segments.
