FIELD: chemical industry; methods of the detoxication of the organophosphorous combat poisonous substances.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of the detoxication of the organophosphorous combat poisonous substances (CPS) of the neuroparalytic action, namely to the methods of zymohydrolysis of sarin, soman and Vx. The method provides for injection of the polyhistidine-containing polypeptide with the properties of the organophosphate hydrolase extracted from the bacteria Escherichia coli ЦКМИБХ 29 strain into the reaction mixture, containing CPS in the concentration of up to 10-2 M. The method is realized at рН of 7.5-11.0, and the polyhistidine-containing the polypeptide is used in the form of the high-purity soluble or the rehydrated freeze-drying preparation, and also in the form of the cellular homogenate. The invention allows to realize the detoxications of the CPS including Vx, both as the pure substances and in the structure of the chemically combined composition of the reaction masses, ensures the 10-fold decrease of consumption of the ferment introduced into the reactionary medium, and also allows to solve the significant ecological and economical problem dealt with the salvation of the reactionary masses remaining after elimination of the chemical CPS.
EFFECT: the invention ensures realization of the detoxications of the CPS including Vx, both as the pure substances and in the structure of the chemically combined composition of the reaction masses; ensures the 10-fold decrease of consumption of the ferment introduced into the reactionary medium, and also allows to solve the significant ecological and economical problem dealt with the salvation of the reactionary masses remaining after elimination of the chemical CPS.
