FIELD: biotechnologies.
SUBSTANCE: polypeptide and block copolymer for the preparation of a fermental biocatalyst are taken in the molar ratio within the range from 2:1 up to 1:5. The fermental biocatalyst in addition contains low-molecular polyethyleneglycol with the molecular mass of 0.4-6 kg/mol added in the molar ratio polypeptide : polyoxyethylene glycol within the range from 2:1 up to 1:100. The invention provides the method of obtaining the named fermental biocatalyst and the method of detoxification of organophosphorous compounds (OPC) in vivo by intravenous, intramuscular, intra belly or buccal injection of the named fermental biocatalyst into the organism of a human being or animals.
EFFECT: invention allows obtaining the fermental biocatalyst with the improved efficiency of implementation of OPC detoxification in an organism, due to improved penetration into the blood-stream and prolonged circulation in it.
