SUBSTANCE: biocatalyst enzyme to detoxify organophosphorus compounds is proposed. The biocatalyst is represented by non-covalent polyelectrolyte complexes in a form of nanoparticles formed by polyhistidine-containing polypeptide with the properties of organophosphate and polyethylene glycol and polyglutamic acid copolymer block. Polyelectrolyte complexes are obtained by enzyme solution mixing with aqueous solution of polyethylene glycol and polyglutamic acid copolymer block, freezing and exposing of the resulting mixture.

EFFECT: invention provides increased catalytic activity and stability of the enzyme biocatalyst, stability in media with organic solvents, expanded pH and temperature range of action, reduced effective dose used to detoxify OP in vivo, as well as application of the enzyme biocatalyst polyelectrolyte complex for purified soluble enzyme replacement in aqueous media designed for OP hydrolytic decomposition.
