FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: what is offered is a method for enzymatic hydrolysis of organophosphorous soil compounds. The method involves introducing a biocatalyst - raw polyhistidine - containing a polypeptide characterised by the organophosphate hydrolase properties, prepared of the bacterial strain Escherichia coli CKMIBH 29 and immobilised on a cellulose containing carrier. The biocatalyst is introduced in the concentration of 0.5-1.0 g/kg at pH 6.5-10.0 and temperature 15-40°C in the soil containing organophosphorous compounds in the concentration up to 850 mg/kg.
EFFECT: method provides complete decomposition of wide spectrum of the OPCs at high specific hydrolysis rate.
