FIELD: waste water treatment.
SUBSTANCE: object of invention is creating a method for preparing effective immobilized biocatalyst to decompose organophosphorus compounds in continuous-flow systems, and biocatalyst itself. Polypeptide containing polyhistidine sequence and manifesting organophosphatehydrolase activity is immobilized on porous support, which is a polymer cryogel, more particularly polyacrylamide or its derivatives, whose surface is modified with metal-chelating agents and charged with bivalent metal ions. Immobilization of peptide is accomplished by passing solution thereof through the bulk of support.
EFFECT: increased economical efficiency of method, enabled drying of biocatalyst and storage of dried form over a long period of time without loss of activity, and also enabled use of biocatalyst in continuous-flow systems.
