FIELD: biochemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biochemistry. Method comprises the steps of providing a rotating platform having at least one well for containing at least one support surface, and providing at least one support surface within each well, wherein that said well has such shape or size that reagent in it, can be centrifugally removed of said open wells and from said platform at substantional rotation of said platform; providing of at least one of said support surface in the form of magnetic particle in each of said open cell, wherein the above support surface is adapted for immobilization of polynucleotide molecule or where polynucleotide molecule is immobilized; annealing oligonucleotide primers with separate circuit of said polynucleotide molecule; for application in each said open cell from the point lying outside the platform, a series of reagents for pyro sequencing, wherein that after application of the platform is rotated with speed sufficient to any residual or unreacted said reagent is almost removed by centrifugation of each open cells and of a platform, wherein during rotation of each said magnetic particle is retained in said open well due to forces of magnetic interaction; analysis of presence of pyrophosphate group in every said well; and repetition of said stages for application and analysis, thus sequencing said polynucleotide molecule.

EFFECT: described is a method for pyro sequencing of nucleic acids.
