SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes crucian cutting, breading in wheat flour and roasting in vegetable oil; desiccated mushrooms cooking, separation from broth and cutting; beet and carrot cutting; fresh white cabbage shredding and freezing, wheat flour roasting; dill green cutting. Abovementioned components are blended in oxygen-free atmosphere with acetic acid, table salt, black pepper, and bay leaf. Obtained mixture and mushroom broth are pre-packed, sealed and sterilized. Claimed canned goods have digestion value of 5.1x104.
EFFECT: canned goods of increased digestion value.
