FIELD: medicine, pharmacology.
SUBSTANCE: endothelial dysfunction is modulated in Wistar-line rats by daily intraperitoneal administering of L-nitro-arginine-methyl ester in dose of 25 mg/kg for 7 days and losartan is administered intragastrically in dose of 200 mg/kg one time per day.
EFFECT: method for correction of endothelial dysfunction due to synergistic action of losartan and L-arginine.
