FIELD: organic chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method for production pf N-substituted amino acid derivatives of general formula , wherein Ad is adamantly group ; Ph is C6H5; R1 is -C6H4-(o-phenylene), -C6H4-(m-phenylene); R2 is -OH, AdC(O)N(Ph)-. Claimed method includes interaction of adamantly-containing imidoyl chloride of general formula with aminocarboxylic acids selected from o-aminobenzoic acid, m-aminobenzoic acid, in presence of triethylamine in adamantly-containing imidoyl chloride/aminocarboxylic acid/triethylamine molar ratio of (1-2):1:(1-2), respectively in medium of organic solvent, such as benzene. Method of present invention makes in possible to produce target products useful as biologically active agent with yield of 74-92 %.
