FIELD: sport medicine, sport physiology.

SUBSTANCE: an athlete should do single-type specialized exercises with a rubber shock absorber in maximally quick tempo. After fulfilling each series of such exercises it is important to fix maximal heart rate (HR) after the exercise and the time when HR reaches its value of 130 beat/min, after that the endurance should be detected according to the following formula: where I - individual coefficient of an athlete's special endurance; n - the number of the exercises done; tp - the time to do n exercises (10-40 sec); tb - the time when maximal HR measured after the performance of exercises reaches the value of 130 beat/min; ΔHR - the difference in the values of HR, between maximal HR obtained after the performance of single-type exercises in maximally quick tempo and HR value at 130 beat/min being optimal for the onset of doing the next exercise in the course of which the training impact should be provided; 106 - a correction coefficient. High level of endurance development in dzudoists is achieved at I value being either equal or above 120 relative units. The innovation enables to quickly and at high information value evaluate athlete's individual endurance and degree of athlete's readiness to competitive activity.

EFFECT: higher efficiency and accuracy of detection.
