SUBSTANCE: invention relates to derivatives of 4-(thio- or selenoxanthene-9-ylidene)-piperidine or acridine of the general formula (I): 
wherein R1 means alkyl, alkoxy-group; R2 and R3 mean hydrogen atom; R4 means hydroxy-, alkoxy-group, alkyl, hydrogen atom; R5 means hydrogen atom; R6 means methyl or ethyl; X means sulfur atom (S), nitrogen atom (N) or selenium atom (Se), or to their pharmaceutical acceptable salts. Compounds can be used for manufacturing a medicinal agent used in treatment of a disease that can be relieved by treatment with 5-HN2B antagonist. Also, invention describes a method for synthesis of compounds of the formula (I), pharmaceutical composition and using compounds proposed.
