FIELD: rail track production, particularly to construct railroads with ballast layer and rails secured to sleepers and laid on the ballast layer.
SUBSTANCE: method involves constructing lower structure 5 by light-weight concrete, namely foamed concrete with 400-7-kg/m3 dry density pouring; laying previously formed bed segments S on lower structure 5 to create concrete bed 4 with longitudinal side walls 4a, 4b; cementing bed segments with each other along with inserting rails 1, 2 connected to sleepers 3 between side walls 4a, 4b.
EFFECT: decreased maintenance time, increased soundproofing of the structure.
