FIELD: the invention refers to measuring technique.
SUBSTANCE: they bring the indenter in concussion with the surface of the tested article and define the correlation of speeds before and after concussion with the indicated surface. The indenter is brought into concussion with the surface of the tested article in the point on the working surface of the article and in the point on a nonworking surface of the article. The correlation of the speeds of the indenter before and after concussion in the indicated points is defined. The firmness of the material is measured by way of indentation of the indenter in the point on the nonworking surface of the article and on received results they judge about the firmness of the material in the point on the working surface of the article.
EFFECT: reduces labor-intensiveness.
