FIELD: the invention refers to technology of machine building namely to arrangements for static-impulse processing of screws on machines.

SUBSTANCE: the arrangement has a chuck, a supporting flange, a deforming instrument for processing the blank with tension, a waveguide, a striker and a hydraulic generator of impulses. The waveguide is fulfilled in the shape of a stepped rod with steps of small and maximal diameter. The striker is fulfilled in the shape of a bushing for giving the waveguide a periodic impulse load. The waveguide is installed on the step of the smaller diameter of the stepped rod with possibility for longitudinal travel. The deforming instrument is fulfilled in the shape of a ring with the profile of the inner surface in the longitudinal section corresponding to the profile of the cavity of the blank. The chuck is fulfilled with a shank for capturing the blank and is installed on the waveguide. The supporting flange is fulfilled with possibility of travel in the transversal plane of the blank, has a central opening for providing free passing of the blank. The supporting flange has three plates: the edge motionless plate for leaning of the supporting flange on the stand of the machine, the edge mobile plate for supporting the deforming instrument and the central plate. The mentioned plates are fulfilled with grooves in which there are small balls with separators.
