SUBSTANCE: method involves determining superoxide dysmutase activity in oral fluid supernatant collected without stimulation during 30 min, testing patients with psychological tests after Spilbereger-Khanin. K1 and K2 coefficients are calculated from formulas K1 = SOD/PA, K2 = SOD/RA, where PA is the personal anxiety level, RA is the reactive anxiety level, SOD is the superoxide dysmutase activity in oral fluid. K1 value being less than 1.05 and K2 value being less than 0.65, periodontium inflammation is to be diagnosed. K1 value being greater than 1.15 and K2 value being greater than 0.75, no periodontium inflammation is to be diagnosed.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment.
