SUBSTANCE: inventions is pertaining to methods of production of carbon monoxide (12СО, 13СО or 14СО) by interaction of carbon dioxide (12СО2, 13СО2 or 14(СО2) with metals and their alloys. In the capacity of initial zinc-bearing substance use the dust of the copper-zinc alloy of the fraction of 40-180 microns with Zn contents of 25-66 %, and the process is exercised in the mode of pseudo-liquid layer of the alloy powder at the multiple circulation of the gas and at constant rise of the temperature in the interval of 380-750°С with the rate selected from the range of 1.0-4.0 degree/minute. Installation for production of carbon monoxide contains the vertical flow reactor with the heating device, the pump, the system of connecting pipe ducts with the control-and-measuring instrumentation and is supplied with the gas collection block, and in the capacity of the pump the installation contains the vacuum pump. Blocks of the installation are connected among themselves by the pipe ducts system with formation of the flow-circulating circuit. The invention allows to increase the unit capacity of the installation, to increase the yield of carbon monoxide, to provide stability of this production process, to use zinc more completely, and also to increase simplicity at implementation of this method.

EFFECT: invention ensures the increased unit capacity of this installation and production of carbon monoxide, stability of this production process, more completely usage of zinc, increased simplicity of this method implementation.
