FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention may be used in industrial production of carbon mono oxide for organic synthesis. The device contains flowing vertical reactor 1 with distribution grid, recirculating pump 8, vacuum pump 9, gasholder 5, absorber 6, carbon mono oxide collection unit and system consisting of pipes, monitoring instruments and fixtures. Reactor 1 is additionally equipped with heating device, hopper 2, heater 3 for incoming gas flow and cooler 4 for out coming gas flow. Gas collection unit includes compressor 7, the outlet of which is connected with balloon 11 for carbon mono oxide with a pipeline, high pressure reservoir 12 located in a vessel with cooling agent and connected with absorber 6, vacuum pump 9 and balloon 11 for carbon mono oxide with pipeline system. The pipeline system is designed to connect outlet of cooler 4 with inlet of gasholder 5, outlet of which is connected with the inlet of recirculating pump 8 outlet of which is connected with heater 3 of gas flow into reactor 1, inlet of vacuum pump 8 is connected with carbon mono oxide collection unit and outlet of gasholder 5, inlet of absorber 6 is connected with the outlet of gasholder 5, outlet of absorber 6 is connected with the carbon mono oxide collection unit.

EFFECT: yield of carbon mono oxide is increased; temperature of the process is reduced; unit capacity of the plant is increased.
