FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method to manufacture chemisorbent is suggested. The said method implies preparation of impregnating solution, impregnation of granules and their heat treatment. Sorbent is impregnated with solution, which contains copper sulphate in 230-340 g/dm3 concentration, at 52-80°С, pore and impregnating solution volume ratio being 1:1.1±1.5. Prior to heat treatment, surface is air-blown to eliminate excess moisture. Copper sulphate weight fraction in finished sorbent is 23-35% (wt).
EFFECT: increase in protective power time as regards to hydrogen sulphide and ammonia, both being present in air.
