FIELD: metallurgy, crystal-growing process.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the field of galvanizing and can be used for growing of filamentary crystals by the method of metal electroplating from electrolyte. The filamentary metal crystals with pentagonal symmetry after achieving of growing crystal of necessary length the carrying base is taken away form the electrolyte and it is chosen from crystals, generated on the carrying base, the pentagonal crystal as tube or piston in shape, for using it as seed crystal, to one of its tops it is welded metal wire, then the crystal is torn from the carrying base and using the welded to it metal wire as holder, the free top of crystal is submerged to electrolyte, after which it started the growing process of the filamentary crystals on its top, taking away the seed crystal from electrolyte with the speed of growing of the filamentary crystal, at the same the seed crystal is used as cathode. The invention allows achieving the filamentary pentagonal crystals with high strengthens and adsorptive capacity.

EFFECT: achieving the filamentary pentagonal crystals with high strengthens and adsorptive capacity by the method of metal electroplating from electrolyte.
