SUBSTANCE: method implies tumour impact with impulse infrared laser radiation. Tumour is impacted with average power radiation not causing thermal tissue coagulation and providing generation of chemically reactive electron-excited oxygen. Laser exposure is performed in molecular oxygen absorption band. Impulse power is more than 1 kW/cm2. Impulse duration is Δτ, where 10-8c≤Δτ≤10-5s.
EFFECT: improvement of tumour therapy quality.
