SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and is designed for the inflammatory changes detection in one and/or both frontal sinuses. Perform the diaphanography of the frontal sinuses should be carried out. It includes scanning through the lower walls and a camera recording of the density of back scattered frontal sinus tissues radiation flow. Scanning sinuses is carried out by monochromatic radiation red spectrum of the two bright LEDs of PG1N -5LRC type with a wavelength of 625 nm. Recording of the density of back scattered frontal sinus tissues radiation flow is performed using a digital camera of "Dynax 5D" model by "Konica-Minolta" company in the metering mode centre exposure (on the entire front wall of frontal sinus), in the mode of spot metering (on the inner third of the front wall sinus superciliary arch) . Calculated the density ratios of back scattered frontal sinus tissues radiation flow is calculated separately for the left KIl and right K Ir of the frontal sinuses. If the values K1l and / or KIr decrease with respect to the assigned value of this lower rate as normal - KIlower.N, the inflammatory changes are identified in one or both frontal sinuses. This method allows to reduce the reflection, absorption and dispersion of soft tissues in the frontal area of red monochromatic radiation spectrum, and identifying the inflammatory changes in the frontal sinus patients accurately and objectively.

EFFECT: accurate diagnosis of inflammatory changes in the frontal area of the patients.
